Achieve a Smooth, Youthful Look with Forehead Fat Grafting

Once I made the decision, it was time to find a clinic. And let me tell you, I did my homework! I read a lot of reviews and asked friends who had undergone surgery. She explained that forehead fat grafting would help fill in the sunken areas, making the forehead look fuller, more dimensional, and most importantly, natural and not fake-looking at all.
After talking to the doctor, I decided to go ahead with it! When the surgery day arrived, I was a little nervous, but not too worried because I trusted Dr. Darin’s skills and The Sib Plastic Surgery a lot. Before the procedure, the nurses took great care of me, gave me instructions on how to prepare, and offered encouragement throughout.
The procedure began with liposuction. Dr. Darin chose to harvest fat from my inner thighs. She said it’s an area with a lot of fat and is the least painful. I just fell asleep, and when I woke up, it was all done! I didn’t feel any pain at all.

Whatsapp After the liposuction, the next step was fat centrifugation. This step is very important because they only take the good quality fat to inject into our forehead. This ensures that the fat grafts well and lasts a long time.
Once the good quality fat was obtained, the doctor started outlining the areas on my forehead that needed filling. For me, Dr. Darin designed it to suit my face shape perfectly. She emphasized a natural, full, and beautiful forehead that wouldn’t look unnatural. After outlining, it was time for the fat injection. The doctor had a very gentle touch, injecting meticulously in every area to ensure a beautiful forehead from every angle.
Right after the injection, my forehead looked a bit swollen, which the doctor said was normal for fat grafting. In the beginning, it might look fuller than expected because the doctor injects a bit extra to compensate for some fat loss. But after about two weeks, the swelling started to subside, and my forehead began to settle more and more.
During the first two weeks after the procedure, I strictly followed all the doctor’s instructions. I applied cold compresses, took the prescribed medication, and avoided alcohol and certain foods to promote healing and fat graft survival.
By the third and fourth weeks, the swelling on my forehead had significantly reduced. I started to see the clear shape, and my forehead looked noticeably fuller and more beautiful. Taking side profile pictures made me feel so much more confident! But the doctor said it wasn’t the final result yet; I had to wait about 2-3 months for the surviving fat cells to plump up further.
And then the awaited time arrived! After three months, my forehead was absolutely perfect and stunning! It looked beautifully full and dimensional, noticeably softening my features and making me look less stern than before. I felt incredibly confident taking pictures from any angle. Many friends commented that I looked younger and more beautiful. I was so thrilled!
Importantly, forehead fat grafting using my own fat has very long-lasting results. The doctor said that once the fat grafts successfully, it’s with you for good! It’s permanent! That’s amazing.
