Endotine Midface Lift
Endotine midface lift is a new approach that gives surgeons the ability to restore sagging cheek volume to its more youthful position by using a temporary bioabsorbable implant instead of sutures. The endotine device mostly has five small tissue holders, or tines, to grasp the cheek tissue gently but securely and elevate it to a new position. The technique can help to reduce the skin irregularities and dimpling that commonly occur when sutures are used to hold tissue in place. The tines also distribute the tension forces evenly, minimizing the chance of surgical failure and possible injury caused by sutures. The endotine midface lift offers three different ways to bring rejuvenated look which depend on its location which are above the ears, above the lower eyelids, or through the underside of the upper lip.
